Oooh, that's a shame. It was a good looking car but maybe in the hands of a skilled person, it can live on...
Yeah i got the ticket and then a week later the cop called me and said a passenger in the car I hit came forward and said he was slamming on his brakes all night so the gave him the ticket and took mine away. So it was all his fought.

it could be worse...when i totalled my 88 SC i had that brief moment after the impact where i thought to myself, "maybe it isnt that bad". then i opened my eyes and found my winshield in my lap and my hood where my winshield used to be. i had to climb out the window b/c the doors pretty much buckled when i impacted at almost 65 mph. sux nonetheless, but be glad that you are okay.

that sucks man. i just rearended someone a couple of weeks ago in my bird, insurance gave me 5700 and let me keep the car. they were going to give me 6100 if i let it go(yea right, i could have turned around and sold the wrecked car for more than 400) but im fixxing her myself. good luck man.
That is sad, good thing your ok. Some people ask why do I keep such a far distance from other cars ahead of me. Simple to avoid careless drivers. I know of a girl who rear ended another car when I asked how she hit her she said that she kept on braking, duh go around. Most females tailgate I wonder why.
Alot of female drivers are very strange. They tailgate the **** out of ppl and then when a deer jumps out in front of the other car what is the reaction of the other driver....BRAKE. BAM!!!!! Then the girl wonders how this could have happened and blames the other driver....
It happend to my brother. She tryed to say that it was his fault because he should have known she could not stop in that distance and should have hit the deer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Female drivers suck, mother , my sister my wiffe all bad drivers. Just the other day I was driving at 65 per hour then i notice this **** tailing me, I could not even see her plates the stupid thing is that it 4 car lane and we were the only one on the highway. Well all I did was flash her my rear police flashers on her she instantly backed off. dumb ***
I rear ended someone a few years ago and got away with it. Here's how. Some punk kid was trying to talk to a friend of his out the passenger window in the next car. He was driving! The light up ahead had changed, but the kid kept slowing down. I flashed my light at him and he decided to slam on the brakes. I was driving an ext cab 4X4 truck and couldn't stop as fast as his little daytona and I slammed into him. I called the cops and stated thathe wasn't paying attention and slammed on the brakes causing the accident. The kid kept saying that he didn't know the other driver (who was there as his witness). Just then a few other kids showed up and said hey guys, what's goin' on and the cop knew they were all friends. he let me go since there was no damage to my truck. His daytona had the rear bumper smashed, tailight assemblies shattered and fenders buckled. The cop said that'll teach him to be smart and slam on the brakes like that.
I should note one thing. Everywhere in the country, flashing lights is acceptable for passing or to get the drivers attention. In Minnesota, the other drivers take offense and usually slam on the breaks to **** you off. Needless to say, the cops know this!
