I'm not REAL sure where it came from. It's just something my dad had laying around. All the Harley guys polish with it. I'll ask my dad where he got it from and I'll let you know.

Hehe, sorry
He said that most stores like Lowes and Home Depot should have it and WalMart might even have it but dont look in the automotive section, look in the home supplies section. Also, most motorcycle shops should have it.
Here's what you look for: Happich Simichrome Polish polishing paste. Mine is in a red and yellow box with a red and yellow tube of stuff in it. Let me know if you find some.

Black Widdow, what paint/polishes did you use on your black car to get a finish like that?

I guess you're talking about the Camaro? I've only waxed it 1 time in the 2 years that I've had it. I used Meguires Gold Class (cant afford Zaino!). I've been using Zymbol wash. I'm thinking about using a claybar soon and trying to get even more shine out of it. I'm starting to notice some orange peel in the door panels and sail panels, kinda pisses me off. The paint is probably about 6 years old. Have you seen this pic of my car yet?

For the most part, polishes are just chemical sandpapers with an EXTREMELY high grit. You just sand real good, rub on the polish and take it off again. There are a few different mays to do all this, you might want to do a search.
Thanks for the compliments. I had a guy in a BMW ask me if I want to sell my Camaro
