Metal pin to plastic pin t-tops. How?

Metal pin to plastic pin t-tops. How?
I need to either change my pins to the big plastic pins or get the hardware for the metal pins so that they latch better. Anyone try to change them over or does anyone have the metal pin hardware that mounts to the pillars/roof? Thanks.
