Door Will not open??

Hey guys, for some odd reason, my Passenger side door will not open. It is rubbing the front fender, right where the door sticks out, where the bump trim on the door is. It looks like the fender has moved in about a 1/4 inch, just in the middle. It is still lined up everywhere else. Sorry if that is a bad description, this really has me baffled, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks nick

maybe your hinges finally gave up, or something is blocking the area by the hinges...try rolling down the window and pulling up and towards you while your trying to open the door from the outside.

The door is not the problem. The fender has moved in a 1/4 inch, so when you try to open the door it hits the fender, but it only moved in at that one spot(right in the middle of the fender). I took the liitle vent out, that is right behind the right side wheel. And just pulled out on the fender by hand until it had moved back out even with the door. I am just dumbfounded as too why the fender would move in right there. I washed and waxed the car and could not find any evidence that it had been hit. It is just really strange.

thanks guys

Someone probably gave you a bump in a parking lot or such. Either way, you'll have to readjust the fender so that the door can clear it again. You'll have to play with the adjusting bolts while applying pressure to the fender to attempt to "bow" the fender out at the middle. Good luck.
