Someone please identify this hood!

Can anyone identify this hood!?!?! I've never seen one like this before. It is like a Formula hood, but mirror imaged onto the other side. It is a firberglass hood. This GTA has been sitting down the road from me for over a year undriven and decaying. I am going to inquire about the car and/or the hood. If someone could offer any clue as to the manufacturer, I would appreciate it!

edit...hehe, Yes, i sneaked up onto the GTA and managed to avoid the pitbulls fenced in near the trailer house in order to get this pic!

Yep, looks to be a Motion Performance hood. About how many inches high was the cowl?

Justin, it was about 2-3" tall I would say. It looked to be a very solid piece and a bolt-on unit. What is the consensus among the crowd? Do you hate it or like it?

edit: also, is it still being manufactured?

I really like it. A double Trans Am/Formula blister hood. Neat. Yes, it is still being manufactured along with the rest of the IMSA body parts:

I like it, tho I would like it better if it was a 1.5" cowl.

Those have been around for ages. I have an old Motion Perfromance catalog from 1990 that shows it. But you dont see those hoods very often.
