What should it look like? 87 IROC-Z
Hey there.. also posted this in the detailing area.. probably more appropriate here...
I hope someone can help. I just bought an 87 IROC B2L L98 B4Z. It's a little rough but has all sorts of potential. I need to know what the original decals looked like. The badges. I realize in 87 Z28 was on the sides under the doors.. and not IROC Z but, was the 5.7 liter sticker on the doors? How about on the back bumper? I know the car was "victory red." It's now a very bad white. Also, some dork spray painted the stock wheels black. Is there a way to strip that off and not affect the stock coating? The original body color is starting to show in places.. is there a way to strip this cheezy paint job off? It's a great car with a s&^t load of rpos. Any help is appreciated.
