i just ordered a tach with a internal shift light....how bright are these usualy? does it need to be in plain sight, or is it like the external ones where its really freaking bright?

 

my advise is to first check with your local law officials...i know the one my buddy had on his stang was so bright it looked like the interior light came on and off so he got busted.. he put a cover over it(made and came with the light) and it was still bright but not too bright..

that sounds like your talkin about a external light. im refering to the internal ones.
