Trunk Pull Down

Does anyone know how much one of these costs or do i even have to replace the whole thing, because the only thing wrong is the plastic gear is busted into a million pieces.

Yes. (Sorry guys if this is sounding like a broken record. But until more people learn how to search for a topic, I'll have to repeat myself...).

I stock ALL the parts needed to rebuild the 1986-91 hatch pull-down units. I manufacture new hatch pull-down guides of solid nylon. They are much stronger than the OEM injection molded version. I reinforce new GM motor housings where they commonly break (where it attaches to the frame with 3 screws). I reinforce them with 4 pieces of aluminum and epoxy. I also stock gearnuts (the part you say is broken on yours), relays, strike sensing switches, reversing switches, used motors and brand new improved-design GM motors (also with an integral reinforced motor housing). I include my 4-pg legal sized detailed and illustrated instruction sheet with these parts.

I also stock rebuilt or re-manufactured 1986-87 & 1988-91 hatch pull-down units. The rebuilt units have a 6-mo. warranty, re-manufactured units have a full 1-yr. warranty.

E-mail me at: topdownsolutions@yahoo.com for a current Price List.
