Where can I find stock leather seats that are exactly like the ones that came in those year model GTA's. I know that I can take 4th gen leather and swap the head rest but I dont want to do that. Does anyone know if there is a leather rewrap kit offered that is just like the factory leather?

With the exception of the headrest, the 4th gen leather looks identical. My $.02

 

2 grand for seat covers. Now I've seen it all.

 

I paid $2300 for mine, but it was well worth it

Actually, I believe you cannot swap the headrests from the 4th to 3rd gen or vise-verse, the reason is the 4th gen headrests use a dual post and the 3rd gen seats use a single wide post for the headrests...

You might actually consider contacting MrMikes www.mrmikes.com I know thehy do Leather seat covers, I do not know for the "Ultima seats" tho.
