Changing a 91 Firebird rounded front end to pre 90's style aftermark bumper

I have this body kit sitting in my garage. What would I have to do to convert the front end for this? Are the spots still there to install the blinkers just below the hood? I think you can see what my problem is, so has anyone out there ever done this?

Any help appreciated! =)
