Welcome to the boards, and welcome to thirdgen F-bodies!!!

It happens to me too. I'm gonna install new weatherstripping this spring, but I'm honestly not expecting miracles.

Chevrolet states in the owners manual, to not drectly hit the ttop seal areas with water pressure any heavier than a driving rain. If they leak while driving in the rain, replace the weatherstripping. If they leak because you drive thru a car wash with extremely high water pressure or you hit it directly with the hose, then the water inside your car is your fault. When washing the car, rinse this area by misting the water or just letting it run over, but not at force.

When using water around the t-tops you should always spray downwards, never upwards. If you are spraying between the glass and the t-top seals, you are probably spraying water right up there and into the car. This happens to me too, so i just let the water come directly out of the hose on the t-tops and it rinses everything away.

(learned this just today...car was diiiiiirty from the storm that came through here so I figure I'd use my lunch break to take it to a car wash)

mental note: bring a tarp to put over the seats or never...ever...ever take the car to a car wash....ever....

good thing I have a roll of paper towels and I was able to let it soak up the water streaming in (pushed it (yes the entire roll...I was desperate) into where the water was coming out...whew)

Oh yeah, you're from Spokane... That was a heck of a storm that came through.. Mine looks like someone dropped a sandbox on it... I hate dust storms....
