I don't think GM kept records of interior colors, but I will bet it's not common.

99% percent of the cars on the road today have simple plain grey interior. blah.

hehe, of course, I know most of you like it. I'm in the minority!

my interrior was half brown when I bought it. the carpet and headliner and some other things in it were brown. I dyed the carpet black and got some new parts tat were black. I still have a brown headliner and sail panels but I plan to replace them as soon as I can come up with a couple hundres to do it.

Matt

I do have the sand gray interior but no digital camera. I just scored some (almost mint) seats from a junkyard. I plan to have the driver's seat bolster redone this year.

Luckily, the beige headliner kit sold at Pep Boys was just what the doctor ordered. I finished the headliner and after I install the new seats and shampoo the crap out of the carpet, it should be good to go!

dude, I love your Firebird. Nice looking car you have there. I like the green paint and shiny wheels. I was considering painting my S/E project a green or a black...but now im selling the car so I guess it doesn't matter.

Thanks thought I'll give 1989 2.8L Bird an idea that brown isn't too bad unless you got the outside cleaned up good then it won't matter
