door sill options??

is there any company that makes some nice looking door sills to replace our stock ones?

anyone made their own?

I have never seen any, but that sure would be nice!!
One would think that someone makes them as there are plenty available for trucks, vettes etc.

These guys make fourth gen aluminum door sills - I don't know if they'd fit a third gen; give 'em a call to see if they know. If you do find out, post it back here.

fatal88 had some custom made. But I asked him at the Houston meet if he could get me their number....it was a long time ago. They probably don't even have the molds anymore.

most of the ones used on 4thgens are rather thin sheet metal basically that has been bent to form....

of course one with the right knowledge and a little skill cut cut and fit such an item to fit!

i'm going to look into it starting monday as i desperatly need something that can extend out a little further. i'll have to take a good look at stock 4thgen and vette sills to be sure though.


if anyone knows please post....otherwise once i'm done i'll be sure to relay it to all of you.
