Por-15?????help Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well i got stuck with drivin my car in winter stupid winter beater blew the motor so i had no choice i never got my rust prof ither. so ya today when i washed her i fould a smuall bubble on the outher rim of my back wheel well. (I JUST GOT MY CAR PAINTED!!!!!!!!) i want my car perfect for summer and we are just in the middle of winter. I am like goin crazy thin about it! so ya anywat what pro 15 should i get??? can i get it in stors? and do i need to sand then apply or just apply any help please, i'm like beggin for help here.lol on and sould i get it rust proff now>?

do you mean on the blue paint near the wheel well or actually in the wheel well? if actually in it, just get the rust off on it COMPLETELY and then paint over it (rattlecan is fine, but por-15 would be best i suppose, you can get it at www.por15.com or some similar web address) then get a can of the spray on undercoat material, i believe eastman's sells it and cover over it. just make sure its well covered, but not sloppy. We dont like sloppy 3rd gens, now do we?

its on the blue u cant see rust yet but there is a small bubble and if i push it water comes out the crack in the bubble. would the starter silver kit be best?? so the only why to get this stuff is off the net right? oh and thanks for your help. now i can sleep, let me no what i should do thanks
