Hey T/A guys with R/A hoods!!!!!
My brothers friend just got an 87 GTA with the GT Auto ramair hood on it. Well it was a conneticut car and he just failed NJ state inspection cause they say the hood is too high. Mind you this is also the place that failed my 86 cause the 3rd brake light was out, when it wasnt, and said my exhaust is too loud, which it wasnt. Any one know what the reference point is for measuring the height of the cowl? I think this is
Uhhh, tell them to show you the reference, in writing. Note the book, write down the title, page, author, etc, and investigate on your own. Don't get belligerent. Take a buddy as a witness.

Then how on earth does a 2002 WS6 Trans-AM pass? Their hoods have huge scoops on them. They come off the hood by about three inches. Ask them that.
