swapign 110 for a 145

Okay fella's I know this question was probably asked a million times but we got no search so ima ask anyway... I got a 91 z28 with the 110mph speedometer. I found a 145 speedometer will this thing just plug into the other stuff and just work or will I need mods? I never pulled my dash cluster off yet so I am not sure of what kinda connection there is back there.

You don't say what year you grabbed the 145 from but from 86 to 89 were mechanical. After that I 'believe' they were electric. My memory is a bit hazy here, so by all means check the situation out.

In my car, once the cluster is removed, the switch can be accessed.
