what kind of front end is this?

Last summer I bought a set of gfx from a fellow third-genner. However, I don't know what model car they were from. now i don't know what kind of front turn signals to buy, as you can see right now they're mounted with the handy man's secret weapon, duck tape! however, that doesnt hold up at the inspection station. plus they dont look too appealing! I want to buy the clear signals, but i dont want to spend $95 at the gm dealer and then find out they're not the right fit, because the dealer as im sure you know has a no return policy. i think its from an iroc. my standard lenses dont fit, and i tried one from a z28 that doesnt fit either. if you could take a look and tell me what you think i would be VERY, VERY appreciative, that re-inspection date is creeping up! BUT, the picture is too big to put here, so if anyone wants to do me a big favor i will email them the picture, Thanks SO much, Steve

You could have attached a pic of it. And what kind of car do you have? Does the bumper cover have 3 slits going across it? Since you said the Z28's dont fit I bet you have a Sport Coupe, they have a different lens than the z's do but I have hear that it can be modified to fit the sc nose.

actually its the second time and not in every forum. the first one about the wheels, yes I'll admit that was overboard and (however the only pic i've got so far was from the drivetrain forum) probably wasn't the best way to go about it. this one i posted in appearance and detailing, interior and body, and aftermarket product review... which seems fitting to me. every other post ive ever made has been in the respective, SINGLE, forum.

It doesn't matter what "seems fitting" to you. Don't do it. Read the user agreement and follow the rules.

so are you saying that putting a question about the look of the front end doesnt belong in those three forums? then i'd be interested in hearing where it does. I have no intention of breaking any rules, and once again i will apologize and admit that the wheel postings were out of line. anyway, where then, do YOU think i should ask about my front end, if the APPEARANCE AND DETAILING, and INTERIOR AND BODY apparantly aren't corret.:nono:

I am saying that you are not supposed to post the same topic more than once, no matter where you put it. Do not post the same subject in multiple boards.

Generally if you are wanting to know something about the Body and Interior then this is the proper board to ask, this thread is in the correct forum. Not asking what kind of bumper and what parking light does it use on the Apperance and detailing board which is suppose to be used to show off your car, parts, accesories and steps, procedures, and techniques about detailing.
