What ya think of my new ride?

This is the 1991 formula I was talking about. It has a L03 crate motor with AFR heads, Edelbrock Performer intake, spacer, and a couple ignition tricks. Then a freshly rebuilt stock tranny w/ a shift kit. We picked it up for $1200 and parted out the hole car. Selling miscalanous items like lexan t-tops. I also performed the targa top conersion on the bird. It looked sweet but the body saged really bad. Possibly due to no windsheild, doors, or anything for that matter. Here are a couple pictures. This is an example of why you should go looks before performance, cause he would have gotten so much more if it looked good. FYI, the rear cragers are ours, we swapped cause we wanted to smoke the rubber off the other set

Very true, if the car looked remotely presentable he could of gotten much much more.

It makes much more sense to take care of mechanical issues first, which in your case it doesn't really matter, because she's in about 2500 different pieces Thats why taking on projects sometimes can really suck....do things your own way and end up having to sell it and lose half your fortune!

Sure ya can. It is stock higth, but there were those spring compressor clamps on the springs when my dad bought it, so when he took them off the car was naturally lower. Also, I have some fat tires on the back 295/50R15 and 235/55R15 on the front. Everyone tells me all the time it looks lower though, me like
