YOUR CAPSLOCK KEY MIGHT BE STUCK, YOU SHOULD CHECK THAT!

Pics of the car would help, but I'd say 15".

16's will look better. 17's will look better than that.

15 or 16?

Everybody knows that 18 inch looks perfect on our cars. No offense, but some say that is too big and that stock rims are cool, because they do not have the money to buy them.

#1) I do not mind an 18" rim, but I do not like the fact that there is NO rubber between me and the road. one Pothole, and I have to buy a new tire & rim...

#2) You say "Everybody knows that 18 inch looks perfect on our cars" Yet in the same paragraph you appologise and say that "some say that is too big" Please Make up your mind.

#3) I personally do not mind SOME of the looks of the stock rims. not all, but some of them look really good on our cars, like the Fomula rims for example.

#4) For some of us the money issue has nothing to do with buying wheels for our cars, I personally am berry choosy and it has to look like it belongs.

My point is not to put you down, its just we should be careful about what we say especially when using phrases that are "universally inclusive" or indicate that someone likes something because they lack money.

I am going with 18's on my 89 camaro. i have talked to some people and according to them i shouldnt have to install any spacers or anything extra to prevent rubbing. however, i am not going to lower my car like previously planned, just so i can get that much more tire on the rims

okfoz,
I made up my mind. Nothing wrong with my statement. I wrote that some say stock rims look better, but also they KNOW that 18 inch is the look to beat on a thirdgen. You may be right that potholes aren't the right environment for 18 inch rims. But hey, i want a cool look, and sometimes it hurts to be a Beauty. Otherwise i would drive an SUV, no pothole issues there...
Sorry for my bad english, not my mother's language.
