I would get it fixed for one reason.
1. It looks like a nice car, and this happens way to often where a person gets in the mindset "Well it has that chip in the front" then they skip washes and waxes, hit the curb more. And before you know it, a nice car has gone to ****.
How do you think all those skanky *** rusted up chevy trucks came to be? One day they were brand new, untill the guy got lazy with it.

its way worse in real life...but i still wash it and wax it at least 3 times a week as a matter of fact i had just waxed the car i go to the store i come out and my fog light is blown and my car is hit
and PS...this car has been hit before i bought it...the bondo is crackin on the top part of the fender and it has overspray on the hood..so u think i should just buy a brand new fender on it? and get the whole car painted?

if you're talking about the front fender being full of bondo and it's cracking, just get a new one and have it painted and swap them out.

$388 for those two dents is pretty a good deal. I wrote an estimate the other day for 3 dents about that size on the decklid and 2 quarter sized dents on a roof for a grand total of $660.00.
If you plan to paint the whole car soon I would buy a fender and put it on yourself. If you buy an aftermarket fender the shop may have to adjust it for you since some aftermarket body parts don't fit all that great. Your best bet is buy used.

The reason its so expensive, is because to properly fix this, you must:
A) pull the dents out to original contour, or pull out and fill in to original contour,
B) prep and seal the surface
C) match the paint and blend
D) clearcoating requires application to the next feature line (i.e. ground effects, moulding, etc...) or panel break, so that means the whole fender needs clear coated.
You can save up and have it fixed properly, or you can do what I did, and learn to do it yourself.

I don't know, $388 sounds really pricey to me?
I hit a big box truck and smashed my front bumper's headlight pocket really bad. It needed quite a bit of repair, plastic welder was used, and the paint split is so many different area's from the street, and it actually bent the passenger fender just a touch and cracked the paint.
They repaired everything perfectly, not a single wave, ripple or FLAW in it for $100
By the looks of it, it looks like you could pop that dent yourself also..might save you a few bucks.

u definally need to learn to do it yourself. i dont think body work is hard at all, while my dad is horrilbe at it. i guess either your good or not. right now my car has 3 baseball size dents in my 1/4 panel, everyones like it looks junky cause of the dents, i like "ok im glad u think that" cause i havent learned to paint yet so i dont wanna do the body work and have a primer spot there. even though my paint has seen much better days, and i have alot of scraches and dents, i still wash it atleast weekly and wax every 2 weeks
