4th gen sunvisors
Does anybody know if 4th gen sunvisors will fit in a 3rd gen? I was just wondering.

An interesting idea. That would make cheap replacements that would work in our cars. There would be more of them at the junk yard. I would like to know myself.

I've got 4th gens in mine. The mounting brackets are slightly different, so I just yanked my old visors off their mounting bracket, shoved a tube of superglue into the 4th gens bracket hole, and filled it with superglue, along with covering the bracket *****-thingy. They work perfectly! Dual vanity mirrors and a cleaner, better looking visor.

Mine, I have noticed, have some little burn marks. I have no idea how...
4th gens are newer, cheaper, easier to find, and maybe made out of better material.

Put the fourth gen visors in my 88. Brackets wouldn't work but I pulled the visors off the brackets and switched them. Work ok but they tend to come down, tried to tighten them up but no luck. Note the original visors had a screw to adjust tightness, newer ones don't. Nice to have the mirrors etc.

4th gen visors are NOT curved. I dont really like that as much since they block about 2 inchs out the t tops.
