In the December issue of Hot Rod Mag after the Hot Honey's
There is a Third-gen 91 Convetable with a cool Roll Bar.
The Car is owned by Roy Fender of Huntersville, NC

If you check out the web site i am pretty sure they said it is a custom bar, but they plan on making them. I read that months ago though, and no "roll bar" yet from them.

You see stuff like that all the time in convertables especially *cough* Stangs. I bet there is a company out there that makes a universal one or something that might work.

Get 2 main CE hoops for $40each at summit. Then you get flat sheets and have em bent to match the roll bar. tack weld em as you go. then fill weld the rest when Its right.
There is a Yellow 1st Gen that did the same thing. Ive talked to the guy in person and this is how he did it.
The 1st Gen has been in hot rod also... I forget what month etc.

The roll bar on roys camaro is custom made by roy . as stated above they are not selling them yet,but i think roy has plans on selling some in the near future. i have been to roys shop a couple of times and seen this car first hand. The car is totaly awsome, you really have to see it in person to realize the time and effort, not to mention the money roy put into this.i would like have have a roll bar like that for my car ,but i am going to keep it original.

i have doubts as to it's legality but in a convertible anything between your head and the road when you're upside down has a function
