ok easiest way to do it is to get a peice of backing like carboard, ductape it to the back and use a fiberglass resin(real thick) build it up slowly and buff it. should work out fine i did it before on a neighbors boat

okay do i have to use a hardener to mix in with the resin or do i just apply the resin slowly wait till it hardens then add more? i was readin a few old post about the cardboard, but now that you basiclly made it more clearer i full understand.

you must mix in hardener otherwise the fiberglass will NEVER harden it will always stay sticky and soft
