Those look awsome, is there anywhere with deals on those or do you have to order directly from macewen? And are those white led's behind those guages, they look very well lit.

I'm REALLY wanting a set...and I'll fork out the 92 bucks for them...but....I've emailed them twice...and I've PM several people on here about the 90-92 gauges....how they are backlit and stuff...but noone has responded...and that's what's stopping me. I think they look awesome in the day....but at night...I have still not seen a set of the 90-92 style gauge overlay's lit at night. They will not light up like the 85-89 style because they are made different....all of the numbers are accented in yellow...so if I put blue LED's in....it would look green. I was wanting to know if it is possible to take the factory gauge plastic out...that way...the yellow would be gone...and I could put any color of LED I wanted in. To tell you the truth...I wouldn't even care if they still had the yellow...but I want it to be even and bright..I don't want it to be "blotchy" and cheap....so I'm left with what kind of LED's to get...or bulbs....and noone has helped out so far.........also....is there anyway to change the color of my needle or do I need to get a set of needles off a 92? (92's are illuminated orange, 91's are yellow)

..Im pretty much wondering all that other stuff myself, but if you remove the needle you can apparently remove the color by scraping the back with a razor and then either using a dry erase marker (to make it transparent) or paint to change the color

I thought about doing that too...just as long as the needles go back EXACLTY where they were before they were removed. You'd probably have to get transparent paint, very thing, to paint the back of the needles so they would still illuminate....anyhow..I JUST ordered those Gauge Overlays...I HAD to have'em.....now..just figuring out what to do about the back lighting....

How about these LEDS? WLED-W4 White LED bulb
12VDC White 4-LED Wedge Base Bulb (194/168 type)

White led's would be cool, it would just illuminate alot more than the stock lights... I think the pic you posted has white leds now I just have to figure out what color leds to buy in order to get green? (that and find money to buy guages lol)

You don't happen to have any pictures taken at night do you? What kind of lighting are you running? Do you think the LED's that I posted would look good?? Here is a picture of how the white "4 in 1" LED would look.....is this to much? Would the gauges be blotchy if I got these?? http://www.eautoworks.com/html/ord-L...bs-1-22498.htm

I've got the white gauge faces with red bulbs. Its not super bright, but its an even color, and I like the way it looks. I was going to try doing blue, but decided I didnt want to butcher my gauges trying to replace the yellow plastic.

Do a search, you will find alot of threads on this topic, including one with a guy who took some blue laminate and created his own face with blue numbers.

Is it true that you have to use a different bulb holder to change the 4 bulbs????? Is it very hard to change the bulb holder???

If you get the right led's they should just stick right in. I believe he was talking about messing with the stock guages so there was no yellow.
