how could I fix this...

well much to my surprize, look what I woke up to this morning...

any sugestions of what to do? the key no longer fits in it. I was thinking just weld it in place with the mig. any suggestions would be appreciated.

that sux, did someone try to break in? To fix it you could get a locksmith make a new lockset and put it in your door, its not that expensive. Or you could just reattach that one but you said the key doesn't work so I'd have another one installed.....

they stole my subs and amps. thanks for the advice. also it's jsut the passenger door, doesnt really matter if the key works or not. also the metal around the lock is bent to hell. hard to see with the low quality pic (damn 25 doller digital camera)

lol, I was actually thinking about that, I might go to the wreckers tommorow and try to find some power locks.

I dont mean to be racist, but I seriously think it was some asians, there are a lot of asian gangs in the city and the mall where I was parked near that night is a hotspot for them.
