spruced up my guages
decided against white guages since the whole car is white, and i did not wnat to paint the whole part of the dash that covers them white, so i just did the circular surrounds white, enjoy, and open to comments

How hard was that? I've been looking at that part of my gauges for a while now and thiking about painting them a grey to contrast with my black cluster.

It should be really easy, since the part he painted white is a seperate piece.

it was really easy to do
first you have to take off the front panel that covers the cluster which was like 6 screws
then once that is off you take the lcuster out of the car and there is another 8-10 screws that holds the clear plastic panel on the front of the guages and once tghat is off the black part that i painted just comes right off

ok i got some more pics of the process that i did to do this, i had a extra set of guages around so it made it easier but here it is
this is how your guages look stock in your dash, in order to get this out you may have to take the dash pad out, although i do not think you absolutly have to, along with some of the other trim panels to acess some of the screws.
then you remove this front panel
after that unscrew the clearn protector panel

and you end up with this
that black panel is the one that you wnat to wet sand and then paint the color of your choice, and make sure that you tape off the high beem indicator and blinker display.
after it is painted
all together more final pics

I hope this helps everyone

#631 is the color, i liked it because it had a plastic base in it and is more durable than regular spray paint and you can sand it easily
