From carmotorsports.com/carpet.htm:

$439.95 (OEM Rubber Backing on Both Interior and Cargo/Essex Ultra Premium Carpet)

Damn that's some expensive carpet. Imagine that carpet WITH Dynomat; it would sound like a Mercedes inside.

The owner of that site either has a Turbo TA, or a GTA, shows no love to anything other than those 2 and GN's

As a matter of fact, he does have a TTA and two other GTAs I believe. I have their carpeting and it well worth the money. If you're willing to spend a little more for quality, you'd be extremely happy. I also have GTA logo floor mats, GTA logo hood insulator, GTA logo fender mat, GTA logo valve stem caps, GTA logo license plate screws, and.....you can say I like dealing with CAR Motorsports.

I'm of the opinion that its just carpet. As long as its in good shape and matches your interior color, who cares? Its not like anything except your shoes will ever touch it.

I thought the same thing until i started working at Kwik Kar. GM carpet is so cheap anything sticks to it while BMW and other highend carpet nothing sticks to it. I guess you have to see it to be able to understand what i'm talking about.

I purchased some ACC carpet about a year ago and was pleased overall, but the fitment over the driveshaft hump in between the rear seats could have been better. My carpet got oversprayed slightly when my car was repainted, and me being the picky person I am, I think I will replace it with some nicer carpeting down the road when I start focusing on interior mods

find out what the thread count is ( if they have one) of the material you like and match it. i've been happy with the quality of my acc carpet but an extra 100 to have even better carpet would be nice.

the problem would be having the stock dimensions. i was very happy with the acc setup. i can't imagine what type of work would be involved to just work a plain piece and make it fit.
