Dash removal

Ok I got a big problem on my hands, a mouse got into my car and deposited dog food into the AC system, whenever I turn on the AC i hear a grinding noise and crushed dog food blows out of the vents. Im guessing i need to take out the entire dash and clean out the system. So far I removed top dash panel and all other visible screws but i still cant pull the console out. Can someone please help me out.

Hey it might be easier to just take out the blower motor from the firewall and check if there is any dog food in there since you said you heard a crunching noice. Then blow some crompressed air in there to clean out all the loose dog food.

ya I second that. And as state above, I would take the blower motor out and look in there for anything.

I took out my dash, I just unbolted everything in sight, and got it. Crawl underneath, there are a bunch of screws. Its easy to figure out what your missing, just pull on it gently and see what parts don't come out, those are the ones that are still screwed in

I'd like to point out that its probably not dog food, rather its mouse droppings being propelled at high speeds into your eyes and mouth...

mmmm..... good luck though.
