Torn between 2 wings/spoilers for my creation...

I have been throwing around 2 ideas since I saw Gambit's new paintjob...

Up until now I've always been planning on a 91-92 highrise wing...

However, after seeing Gambit's car with the new 4th gen T/A wing, I have been thinking about putting it on my IROC-Z...

Here's a photoshop - Envision this in burnt orange/copper metallic... I already have the 91-92 gfx, so its just a matter of changing the wing...... I also plan on getting a Cervini cowl...

What do you think??????? Has anyone seen this done? I've seen a purple 92 RS with that wing but I haven't seen any clear pics...

Can you see how well the cowl flows with the wing?? Gimme some opinions.

Personally, I think the first wing looks better, the second(4th gen) style looks too europeanish, kind of like the old Porche whale tail. The high rise fits the squarish lines of the third gen better. But, you are the guy who has to look at your choice every day, so go with what looks best in your own mind.

Your ride looks good! Either way it will still be a neat car.

Keep what you got, it looks great. As for the 4th gen wings, thats where they should stay..on the 4th gens. They just look too big for our third gens. Just my two cents

That's odd. I like the 4thgen wing. I'd normally hate it on any other car, but that one it flows well. I think it'd only look good with that high cowl though. Which I oddly enough hate by itself too...

BTW: Thats not my Z I just posted it because its roughly the same side profile as Gambit's.

Anyway, I dunno - Its still a tossup to me. I will ultimately have the Cervini 3" cowl and as I said, I already have my 91-92 gfx installed on the car. Wheels - Who knows... Either the SS/ZR1 wheels or the C5 ones that TPIROC has.

I am somewhat tempted to add the 4th gen T/A wing FIRST and when I get my car painted, have a 91-92 Z wing painted at the same time... Maybe even get a 2nd hatch (minus the glass ) and have it all painted so I can switch them at will....

Decisions decisions... I can't wait for u ppl to see in a picture that I see in my head.... I have yet to see another 3rdgen Camaro setup with the color sceme/gfx setup that I'll have... muahahahaha...

We'd have clone cars 87 IROCs, 91-92 gfx, cervini, etc....

Actually I think that looks really good. I think the only reason you can pull that off is because of the way the hood flows and because of the 91-91 gfx. I say go for it man

Sorry but stick with a Camaro spoiler, either the high rise or try that Hawks 5" 3piece spoiler.

They fit the lines, but talk about boring. I mean, virtually all Camaros, even low end models came with that spoiler...

I decided I'm going to get a spare decklid and then paint BOTH spoilers and decklids. That way, I can swap it out and worse case scenario, if I don't like one, I'll have another to put on without worrying about paint...

Although, I think when its all done, most of you will like it... I think it'll look badass.
