GM discontinued the auto shifter plate also about a year ago. I got a new one in the begining of 2002 for $25. Classic industries most likely has it but be prepared to pay over $100. I looked up a new manaul plate from them recently and they wanted $150.

Adrenaline... what are you using to make it? Let me know how it comes out and if you have pictures I'd like to see them. If it ends up looking good, i might try making my own too.

A used ebay plate can look brand new in an hour. I prefer the SEM interior paint, but some of the other vinyl paints are pretty close too. Remove the clear plastic lense, paint the rest, polish the lense, and reinstall. In an hour it looks brand new.
