Did the mirror fall off the wall and hit you in the head?

All i see is a stock gauge panel with stock gauges.

I see it...but it doesn't really stick out and say .."I'm here"....it looks good....at first...I thought it was a glare....looks good though. If you had a set of white face guages...the silver would probably stick out a little more...

Sorry guess I missed the compass pointing to the sun in the last pic also. Maybe its more noticable in person, I just don't see enough going on to juststify any time you might have spent doing that. JMHO. I have noticed your car has come a long way from last year thoug, props on that.

I can see all the silver trim plastic pieces now (air vents, center console, trim on doors) they look pretty decent. What type of paint did you use on those. New carpet and covered seats, not bad. You also chose one of my favorite colors for third gens to paint it.

I do have one knock though, whats up with the furry arm rest I can't think of any benifits and they just look like the pimp daddy cosmetics you might find on an old fleetwood driven by a guy in a white brim hat and purple loafers.

Finally a decent mod from the Kidrcth (I still want to know what the heck this name means!!!). You should get rid of the silver center console and radio pod though. But that's just my opinion.

The gauge rings do look good though.

Yea, those gay **** are the worst kind . All I really noticed in the first pic was that you don't have a defroster switch. It's much more subtle than fur draped over a door handle... a step in the right direction

Not certain but I think the 80mph speedo and matching tach. combo ceased in 86 (?).
Upon a seach through the readers rides. I found his car here and it's an 85.. older than yours.

before you visit this or any other message board on the net you need to brush up on your typing skills, and your punctuation. Because, every post of yours i read either contains some personal story or is typed so bad i can never tell if your speaking english or what.

moderators is there any way to setup the boards so that you can block certain people and have it so their threads never even show up for you? Every time i see this kid post i hope for something descent and and get a swift kick in the face just from the stupidity that is contained in every one of his posts. The thread says "who has the best gauge cluster of them all" not who has the best stock gauge cluster you idiot so if you dont want me and other people to go find 800 gauge clusters that are not stock but look 100 000 times nicer then yours then try to unwedge your head just slightly from your *** when youre titling your threads. You do not have "the best" way to repair a spoiler, you do not have "the best" gauge cluster, and how the hell can you have the best stock gauge cluster?! The only thing you can do to a guage cluster to keep it stock are to change the overlays or to paint the stupid thing and neither of them make you special.

AND why the hell are there random pictures of your car that you just took in a thread about your gauge cluster?!?!?

***MOD EDIT***

Just a little over the top with that last statement, so I went ahead and removed it. I did not touch the rest of it, though.

Damn is that how it works? WTF was i thinking when i though about ripping the 2.8 out and drop in a 350! I could just go out and buy a speedo that has higher numbers on it!

Damn, now ill have a 350 but ill have the same 80 mph speedo so my car wont be any faster!

Perhaps he doesnt really care that much about perfect typing......not all of us do.

and doug, maybe you should just ignore his threads, and go about your day......flaiming him gets you nowhere

might as well put up my guage cluster for the hell of it.
