do i put these inside or outside?

on the 3 piece spoiler? do they go on the inside of the car or on the outside?

If you will look at the car, you will notice three holes in each rear quarter panel at the back by the tail lights. The panel shown goes on the outside of the car with those studs going into the car through those holes.

On mine they are on the outside and if you look at the picture I posted, that is where they appear to be. There should be some padding on the nuts that secure the panel. Mine did.

umm isn't that dried up seam sealer? remove it all and put some new sealer in its place. it takes up the slack in the holes when everything is lined up. i think its seam sealer or is there some other type of putty? when i removed mine that is what ot loooked like since alot of it was oozzed into the car around the nuts that i had to remove to get a socket on the nuts.

yeah its not smoth enough and it hits on the body, if i dont put them on the outside i will get water leaks wont i?
