I like the look but never been a fan of flashy designs like that.
As it screams "STEAL ME PLZ"

Maybe in a show car but in a daily drive that is asking for trouble. No alarm will stop a crack head with a brick.

I know its different for everyone but most people I know play their system down big time. it keeps people from wanting what you have.

Only a select few of my friend even know how well my system jams. Everything is hidden and No one but me has ever heard it past 18 with a 30 max.

Showing off like that makes people jealous and then they want what you have. one way or another.

well if you play it smart it wont get stolen. Use very dark tint or a hatch cover. Dont play it loud in areas you know you shouldnt. Dont expose wires and dont tell tons of people about it.

My friend got his stolen. He suspected a kid that worked at tweeter cuz the kid asked him what he was running with the alpine amp he'd bought. The break in was also rather less hood-rat. (Rear side window smashed) instead of drivers or passengers or worse the hatch. A neighbor had also got his stuff stolen the same day.

This should be in the audio forum for sure.

We dont have "trunks" we have hatches at least I wouldnt call it a trunk. Most ppl call it the "well"

My brother in law did the setup for me. My car is not a daily driver, so I don't worry to much about it.

i didnt know that two 15s would fit in a car sweet . I think two 15s are way more than ill ever need. I think two tens would do the trick . Actually i was thinkin about an infinity basslink. Its small and in a hatch back it has enough oomph . Ive heard one in a mitsu hatchback.

Two XTR 12's. Interior is black now so it looks a lot better.

Sorry I didn't see this before... here's my first box which held 2 18s... audio shop did it didn't come out the greatest.

Here's the new fiberglass one I'm still working on (when I get free time)... I more than doubled the size of my old box.

Yep, cause I could't think of another way to do it... I didn't want to try to collect over 7 cubes of packing peanuts.

Homemade dual 12" box. 3/4" MDF, horribly covered. The box itself is bomb-proof though. Used a 3" wood screw every 4", and siliconed everything! The mess in the middle is where I had tried a port, but it sounded aweful. I have to recover this thing! Sounds pretty decent, though I don't know how good these subs could sound with a proper box. Not bad for my first build!
