digital dash......rare?

Just wondering how rare is the digital dash in the T/A's?

Pretty rare. Only came on 88's. Although I'm sure some freak cars got them in 87 or 89. I always liked the look of those. I've wanted to get ahold of that center multi-function readout thing for awhile.

Actually the Digi dash was availiable in 86,87, and 88 for Trans Am/GTAs. And they're not as "rare" as most people think.

i have an 87 with the digital dash.I don't like it.It isn't very accurate.

I was always under the impression it was an 88 only option with a few spillover cars before and after....? Anyone have actual production numbers? If not, I'm going to stick with what I've seen.

Mine is stock.It isn't accurate though for being that old.Just the tach is 3-400 rpms off.I'll be puting in all autometer gauges this winter.
