Yeah these things definately tied the body together. When i used to go over bumps it felt like the body was gonna shake apart but not its nice and solid and the shock goes to the suspension. It got rid of the rattles too, only have one annoying squeak somewhere in the rear suspension. When ya floor it, it definately throws ya back harder and then nose lifts up nicely. Money well spent.

Not really a "how-to" as much as it is a "how I did it."

Yeah, They were easy as hell to install. I searched this site before i put them in and i stole ops32's breaker bar idea for the exhaust (Thanks) but mainly on the passenger side you
1 get the sfc over the exhaust
2 Unbolt the LCA and bolt it back up with the sfc (not tight)
3 use the front of the sfc as a template and drill the holes then pull up the corner of the carpet and bolt them down
4 you tighten the LCA bolt and drill/install the last bolt in the rear subframe.
Driver side you
1 Unbolt the LCA and bolt the sfc on (not tight)
2 Jack up the front of the sfc and use it as a template to drill
3 Pull the carpet back and bolt the front
4 Tighten the LCA and drill/install the last bolt in the rear subframe.
When i first saw these it looked like it just connected the rear subframe to the floor, but it actually drills into the Thick part where the front subframe is welded to the floorpans. The bolts lie under the black plastic which isunder the carpet and that ensures youll never even know they are there. Last little Tidbit of info is they weigh 31lbs (15lb passenger) (16lb driver) If anyone wants more pics let me know ill try and grab some.

i just welded them in today into my camaro and finished up a 6 point cage as well. busy day for me for sure. they fit well besides needing to round out the LCA hole in the subframe connector about 1/4inch to get a proper fit. Other than that it went smoothly. I welded mine and have true dual exhaust so no clearance problems on either side.
