so i need new door panles and i am not sure the insert color of this seat is it charcoal or silver? i am almost leaning toward silver but need some input, it is a 4th gen seat outta a 92 or 93.

I have the same seats and I would call the color Grey.

If that is your only options, go with the silver. You can tell from my picture the door panels are the stock light grey or silver color. A good match with these seats. Just my opinon from my car.

 

charcoal's tend to be darket colors. I had some charcoal camaro 3rd gens in my bird for a bit, they were a very dark gray. The same way that the charcoal 4th gen cloth seats are a dark gray, along w/ 4th gen leather, as charcoal is found much more than black or ebony.

 

The dark color on the seats looks like charcoal to me. Silver or light gray on the rest.

 

I just about bought seats exactly like that over ebay. The seller called them charcoal.

 

Insert color please i know the outside is charcoal of faded black, i want to match the insert with the door panels.

Jeff, I'd suggest asking Hawks for pictures of each color. Or better yet, ask if he can mail samples of the fabrics. This way you'll know what you're getting and can get the best match possible.
