Anyone ever see one of these hoods and or do you know where someone could get it?

look up "those interested in l88 hoods"... i had some pictures of my l88 hood on my camaro twoards the bottom of the page hope that helps

It was originally designed by GM for the big block '68 and '69 Corvette though, and only for the single 4bbl engines, like the L88 and L89.
Its basically just a prettyfulized cowl-induction hood. It works exactly the same way.

Hrm, what if someone made the entire "inside" part of that l88 hood a shaker. Now that would be something different.

you'd have a huge shaker...camaro and shaker doesn't seem so practical to me (nevermind, not a practical thing) just doesn't seem correct.
Camaro = cowl
trans am = ram air/shaker
But, that'd be a huge shaker hood....i think the only people want the shaker, is that they'd like to see the hood center moving when they rev the engine.
