first off, this should be in the transmission board I would think.
I got my entire swap kit from hawks on ebay. I'm pretty sure if you call up hawks he will have the pedals for sale seperatly. Hawks is the orange advertisment at the top of the forums.

Whats wrong with the yards? I got all my 5 spd swap parts by parting a 5 speed car out. Ended up everything for the swap was free (and a free set of 91-92 GFX). Go figgure.

The only problem I see is that most yards, at least in MD, don't let you pull your own parts. Plus, yards do have a tendency to make it difficult to get what you want. Frequently I have found that they do not sell X seperate from Y. You'll know what I mean. I personally like to inspect what I am getting. When you pull your own parts, you can always get any needed hardware, wiring and etc. Kinda like how you scored the GFX.

ok crazyhawian....how would u like it if you went to the junkyard wanting a t56 and they tell you "what???!?! you can't put that in your car" "there's no way" man that lady pissed me the fck off... but anyway theres 2 other junkyard 1 has 2 camaro's both motors/drivetrain gone and same at the other junkyard.. theres this 1 manual camaro.. the whole motor and tranny are pushed back.. i guess the pedals may still be good? but nothin else maybe the shiftplate.. i couldnt even get the shifter to budge

Salvage yard parts direct to your door, usually cheaper then your local yard too.

Well when I goto the yards out here, I just tell em what I want. If they ask me where its going I tell em, if they give me weird looks I ignore em. Not everyone knows about the interchangability of 4th and 3rd gen fbody parts. I've had many people tell me what I want to do is impossible. Just ignore em.
I'd check all 3 of those out. If the motor/trans is gone, the rest of the stuff might still be there. I wasnt doing T56 swaps, and I dont know much about the T56 swaps, so I'm not sure exactly what you need. I was interested in 700R4 to T5 stuff so I raped my 88 SC for the T5 parts, I took everything except the trans itself and the bellhousing/clutchfork (all V6 stuff).
Another thing to check out. If you know anyone in the service, ask them to take you to the military junkyards. Not only do they provide all the tools onsite, and let you pull stuff yourself, the prices are rock bottom, and not many people visit, meaning more likely you'll find what you need.

www.uneedapart.com is a great website.. you punch in what you want, and where youre located, and several junkyards give you prices. alot of times you can jew them down easy by telling them you found it cheaper at another yard... later
