I have never seen them before but why do you even need to replace it? I just welded one of them shut after some rust work in the floor board.

if ur car got full of water u could drain it i dunno the factory put them there but they seal them shut so dunno. I dont think the aftermarket floor boards even have em they have the spot but its not cut out.

Those "drain holes" are only there to facilitate in the actual manufacturing of the car/body....they are locating/fixturing/hanger and drain points....depending on the operation
If they are welded closed,(like I did in my 91) I dont see how they could hurt a thing
Unless your restoring a show car thats gonna have mirrors under it....then thats another story...Classic sells the plugs I believe
Good Luck
Steve

Like Brock's91RS said.. it's was used in the manufacturing process. For example. When the car body goes in and out of the different 'dipping' tanks it allows it to drain out.

As for the plugs.. if you want new ones.. why not either make them, or get them made..
