Can Anyone Identify This Cowl?
Hey I'm getting this cowl this weekend, but I don't know what brand it is. No big deal but it'd be nice if I knew
It's a 3", and sorry the pics are so small. But there are 2 things I can tell from the pics, and it's the two features I wanted in a cowl. One, for the cowl to start at the base of the hood, not like halfway up, and two, for the cowl to extend past the hood some and create a lip by the window.

Those pictures are so small its hard to really tell. But I think it looks a little like the hood on my 91 Z28. Here is a picture to compare. If you have the same hood, its made by Unlimited Products and should have an unfinished underside (rough looking). If it makes you feel any better, there were a few of us on the forums here with this hood (myself and CaysE were two of them) and we didnt know what kind of hood it was either (came with our cars). But thanks to flrtin1, we found out what kind of hood it is.

This is mine. It looks somewhat similar to the picture you posted. It's the best looking cowl hood out there IMO. I got mine from hawks. It's an all fiberglass bolt on btw.

Hey that does kinda look like it. From the pictures it looked like the cowl started at the base of the hood and not halfway up, which I thought was what I wanted, but that one looks way good on your car. Let's hope it's the one you have

glasstek is what it looks to me. the harwoods start the rise right at the tip right? where as the glasstek ones start a lil further back. The one on Hawk's looks like a glasstek, and just might be.

The harwood doesn't have the sharp body line up the center like that unless they redesigned them since I bought mine.
