ACK! flooded interior!!

After just a normal rain...the front passenger side floor is SOAKED!

And I don't really see where it is comming from! the T-bars look ok. but I did notice water running on the side carpet "kickplate" under the dash, next to the door.

Happen to anybody else..where should I start?

Three likely possibilities.First and most likely it is running down from the t-tops through the "A"piller and ending up on the floor. It could also be coming in through the cowl or firewall somewhere but that doesn't happen very often.Or possibly through a door seal. Most likely through the t-top though.Get out the garden hose...Don't waste any time getting around to finding it or you will find yourself with no floor.

another area to check is the firewall area just below the windshield. if you look on both sides, you'll see all that sealant around there and if it's all dried up and cracked, you'll leak in there, too. if that's the case, i suggest chipping all the old stuff out altogether and replace it with new. that's what i did, and resealed the lip of the firewall, too. makes it a lot easier if you take the hood off, but that's up to you.

I got a car cover when the heavy rains are coming. I'd like to fix the tops eventually though.
