sound???

I was wondering the same thing but I am worried about sound too. I have the back seat out and you can hear the rearend/driveshaft pretty good. I was thinking of the truck bed-liner stuff you can buy at the parts stores but I dont think I will be satisfied. Now I know you can buy heat and sound insolation out of jegs/summit/crutchfield but they want a fortune for it. I can't handle $60+ for less than 3 yards.

In one of the Super Chevy articles, they used Dynamat for keeping heat/air(in or out, as an insulator) and noise out of the interior, in the Goodmark Camaro. So that's an idea.

I am using just plain old undercoating on my interior. I just scoop that gunk out and apply 1/4 inch thick layer of it. Seems to insulate against noise well enough, it fills in all those little gaps too and best of all its cheap. Here in canada like 20 bucks for a large paint can size of it. Only problem I have with it is its messy, and takes forever to dry.
