Just thinking of replacing the stripes along the bottom of my car and wondered who has come across the best/least expensive place. I've looked into it and they seem to be running around $169-and up, this seem right? Can't believe some stickers are that much

BTW, does replacing the original stickers on a completly original car devalue it any? My car is completly original except for temp sender, gutted cat & wiper motor. I'm wanting to replace the stripe b/c they're a bit faded & a bit chipped on the drivers & passenger door. I've got a black Z28 with the blk, light red, red stripe.

 

I got reproductions off ebay pretty cheap and they look good as original. The only way stickers will devalue your car is if you scratch it taking the old ones off. Be careful!

 

Nuh uh, I'm not gonna do it. There's a pin stripping company that will go to you and do it in your yard. My Dad got it done to his truck, the guy left as quickly as he came & the stripes look good & that was a couple of years ago. I'm thinking of checking with him to see if he'll do it. Now, if we can only remember the name of the company
