Unable to locate tires in Canada-Help!

I'm needing to replace my BFG Radial T/A 235/60R15 but cannot find any. Does anyone know where I can get them in Eastern Canada? Also, from what I understand these are the tires that replaced the tires orginally on the car, is this correct? or is ther another tire I can use? My car is stock so I'd like to use the correct tire that should be on my car. Please help me.

235/60R15 isn't an uncommon size, you should be able to find lots of them.

Your car probably would have come with 215/65R15s, but those would be harder to find.

WOW, thank you, that's very kind! I may have to take you up on that. (I'm interested, unless someone else has a suggestion with something I can get locally) I'd like to get them soon so I can have them installed before the end of the month. Do you have them or know the place that does as I'm interested in obtaining prices.

i work at a rim and tire shop, so i deal with various companies all day long.

All you need to do is say the word, give me some info, ill give you a quote for shipping, and voila

I don't know what you mean, use any brand you like. Originally they were Goodyear Gatorbacks, long since out of production.

so, it doesn't really matter the brand of tire? I'd like to have whatever brand on there if it's supposed to have a particular one on it. I go to a few shows throughout the summer & don't want someone saying that I should have put a particular brand on. I want to keep my car looking as orginal as possible.

got it :P

basically in a nut shell..

there are many tire companies out there. You dont lose points for the different brands of tires. *trust me im at shows every weekend in the summer*

If you want the "look" of stock..bfg or goodyear. but i also carry alot of other tires that perform as well or even better

also, what it comes down to sometimes, availability and price..

I don't think anyone is really going to care that much what kind of tire you have on there. The original Gatorbacks haven't been made in years, because tire technology has made leaps and bounds since then. The Goodyear Eagle is probably about the closest-appearing tire you could get now. The Radial T/As are a popular "muscle car" replacement tire, because they're available in all the old odd sizes. They're not so hot as a performance tire though.

If you want to see what's available in that size from various manufacturers, head over to http://www.tirerack.com/tires/SearchTires.jsp
