Suspension suspension suspension.
Iroc wonderbar
Boxed lower control arms
Panhard rod
New poly bushings
poly Tranny mount
poly Torque arm mount
Strut tower brace
New shocks/struts
Also, as a rule of thumb, make sure the car is in good running/driving shape BEFORE mods!

See the cool thing is is I dont have to do all that because the guy that owned it before me (original owner) had a car shop and redid everything except the minor things and believe me it runs/drives like a dream he took great care of it i was suprised to see him sell it for as much as he did.

It connects the front and rear of the car underneath. It will bolt up under the floor behind the fender and go back to the lower control arms. One on each side.
It stiffens up the chassis, and you can REALLY tell the difference!

Well, the things I mentioned above would REALLY help handling and even acceleration, but there are other things to think about.
Since you're getting a new motor, I'll leave that out.
Possibly a better clutch/flywheel setup? You're going to need a new one for that new motor anyway! Also, the T5 (expecially yours) won't hold up to a 350's punishment. I say expecially yours, as it is not the World Class T5, which was a little bit stronger and shifted smoother (hence the name, world class... so it could rival the European shift feeling).
So, either a built 5 speed or a 6 speed, unless you want to go automatic.
Does your car have a posi rear? What about rear disc brakes? Those are popular upgrades if you don't!
Indiglo gauges are always a good idea IMHO! A nice stereo (Pioneer is my brand of choice), some nice 4x6" speakers in the front and 6x9" speakers in the rear (Infinity Kappas are the *****!)
3" exhaust and a Flowmaster always is a good upgrade!
There are tons of things to think about, but if you want to know something specific, let me know! I've been dealing with these cars for as long as I can remember.
(btw, I know some people differ on some of the things I suggested... but that's what forums are for, debate!)

If you are going to exit behind the car, they don't make a kit; it has to be custom, and I haven't seen anyone run bigger than 2.5".
If you want to exit before the rear axle, no problem, just run straight pipes to some mufflers.
Because of the way the rear end works, the exhaust has to go over it, and there isn't much room. Search for duals in the exhaust section.

So I'm just going to need to buy headers and then custom bend the pipes or do i buy H-pipes or does it all have to be custom after the headers?

For dual exhaust, it is all custom far as I know. If you go with one pipe to the back, there are many manufacturers that sell kits.
