how to get this off....
well ok, I removed my areo wing this morning and now I have tose little brackets left on the side of my hatchglass frame. now my question is, how do I get them off? Do I need a new hatchglass frame?
I'm going with the standart firebird spoiler so I'm not in the need of them anymore.
anyhelp is welcome
thx
Cedric

If you pop the hatch and look close at the underside of the tabs, you'll notice 2-3 small indentations on that little bracket.
These are small spot welds holding it to the frame. You can take a 1/8" drillbit and lightly drill the spots (don't try to drill all the way through, just about 1/32" deep). You can then work the bracket back & forth and the spot welds should snap and off comes the bracket.
File (or grind I guess) any high spots/ sharp points and paint.
