My car came home
Well after the last year I'm exhausted. The car finally got to come home. It still needs finishing (interior, final polish etc..) but I'm extremely happy with the results. I just wish it hadn't taken a year to get the body done. I guess that was my fault as I decided to take it all to bare metal and paint it in pieces.
I just look forward to completing it and being able to drive everyday if I so choose.
My $500 car has come a long ways.
Tell me what you think of it. Does the cowl hood work with it?

That looks great. I love the bird emblems too. But i think it would look better if you lowered it. The wheels dont look like they're feeling the wheel wells in too good.

I love the custom touches to your car. There are some 1aauto floormats that would look killer in your car, I'll attach a pic of them ( I have 'em too ). When I ordered mine he asked if I wanted to change the color on anything, so I'd change the red bird to blue for your car.

Here's what I've got planned for birds on the inside. Floormats are too much trouble to keep clean when they have bright emblems etc. on them.

Absolutely beautiful! Great ideas for the door cards too. The front passenger's tyre looks a little down on pressure though, don't you think?

Wow... I generally would be thoroughly disgusted by that hood, I commend you on making it flow with the vehicle with the most subtle touches. The rims are nice for the classic look, but some aftrmkt rims with low profiles would look pretty smooth too. Maybe some Boyd's or even the ronal Firehawks.
