Has anyone seen/done anything like this? I've never seen it done, and I think it would look pretty cool on my TA... this is just a photoshop but I plan to go for it tomorrow, what does everyone think?

 

I think it will look good. I've been trying to come up w/ an idea for some sort of fender vents for my 'maro......

Negative. It's just a vent screen.

 

Im talking about around it, the black background... Not the mesh part, outside the blue area

Oh, haha no, that's a trampoline.

Check this out, I cut out the whole vent piece and threw together the vent and chrome peice. This is what it looks like being test-fit on my car.

that looks decent.. I have seen some thirds with the vent thing on the top portion of the fender.. looks interesting.. I was thinking about doing something similar... Yours looks pretty good.. nice work as well.

mad props on a job well done. turned out realy nice.

i don't like it. i feel it draws too much attention to what is normally a passive vent.

i do however have tons of respect for the work you did. respect

 

very well done and constructed...not going to say its' not my cup of tea, or that it is. However, i think it'll look better when people aren't really "looking at it"...get her painted to match the (vent only of course) and get back to us. Also, do you have a picture of the entire car, maybe a couple angles where the vent isn't the main focus. I'd think w/ a car around it, it'll appear much more subtle than it does when u just go "WOW, THAT VENT HAS MESH AND CHROME!!!"
