What is this part called?
Yes, it would be the area I've circled and put arrows pointing to...
I need to replace that piece, but I can't figure out what it's called... Someone help me! LoL.

Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt 2.77
I belive the '82-84's are specific to that year and they changed them in '85. Make sure you get the right ones

I don't know...according to the Classic Industries catalog for Firebird they are listed as Door Window Filler for 1982-1984 models. I've seen others on Ebay that claim to be for '82-'92 but they are a different design than the photo in this thread and I know they won't fit an '82-'84. They don't have them in my catalog so I am not positive.
