when I did mine, I had to change one bulb socket on both sides, can't remember if it was the turn signals or the reverse lights. you will know when you put all the sockets in and the taillight won't go in all the way.
I just removed the bulbs from the small running light sockets and tucked the wires behind the light.

I used "extra" reverse light pigtails.
Spliced them into the end pigtails, without having to cut them. Then, bagged the old pigtails, and stuffed them below the rear bumper.
That way, I can go back to stock with no problems.
If you bought an extra car, why not just unplug the taillight harness?

Talk about the ultimate score!
I went down to my local junk yard, and sitting there, was a 1991 Trans Am!
I scored an excellent set of 1991 Trans Am/GTA taillights (just missing the red "Pontiac" callout, but you can still see the outline, now to buy the replacement decals), all for just .............................
you realy for this?............................................................................
Just 30 bucks!
Ye-Haw!
Sorry all, but these are not for sale.
I also picked up the full set of Diamond Spoke wheels. For $125.00!
Too bad the rest of the car was trashed. No motor, even though it was a TPI 305. The car was hit hard on the side.

I would be interested in buyin the tail light harness from one of these cars, PROCHARGED or Mr. TurboTA. Let me know if you can get the tail light harness from the car or are willing to sell it.

If you see any more of these lights buy them. I'd be happy to pay a 15% finders fee.
